Our Story
In 2025, a management buy-out (MBO) was structured and completed to mark a new age for the Granite Falls location. With decades of experience in the fiber optic and advanced textile communities, the Granite Falls team sets the bar high. GFC is positioned for the future and forward-focused to advance with our customers to the next level. It's a new name for our team, but the focus remains the same - we are here for our customers. We are here for our employees. We are here for our community.

Chief Executive Officer / Chief Commercial Officer
Jamey Little
Team leader with experience in sales and operations management within Technical Textiles. Joined the Granite Falls team in 2018. 25+ years in FOC market.
Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Curtis
Finance manager and HR leader with experience in IFRS and multi-currency accounting. Joined the Granite Falls team in 2018.
Customer Service / Purchasing Coordinator
Tammy Wagner
Experienced customer support and sales support specialist. Coordinates and confirms customer orders and request. Joined the Granite Falls team in 2019.
Human Resources Manager
Dawn Sawyer
Joined the GFC team in 2026 and has over 15 years of HR and administrative experience in the western NC region.
Quality Assurance Manager

Engineer with fact driven approach. Responsible for daily process monitor and improvement programs. Joined the Granite Falls team in 2020.
ISO Coordinator
Patty Albright
40 years experience in Granite Falls quality assurance and the FOC market. Oversees ISO 9001 compliance and certification for GFC.
Operations Manager
Doug Laws
Team leader with 40 years experience in Granite Falls. Coordinates production plans between sales and operations as well as maintaining supply lines.

With over 15 years of experience in Granite Falls and maintenance responsibilities. Military background with a results driven approach.
