Roblon US Transitions to New Ownership and Launches as Granite Falls Composites, Inc. Local Leadership Team Takes Helm with Strong Commitment to U.S.-Based Supply and Industry Excellence Granite Falls, NC – Roblon US is proud to announce the successful completion of its ownership transition, effective July 17, 2025, following the execution of terms between Denmark-based Roblon A/S and the U.S. management team led by Jamey Little and Melissa Curtis. Under the new ownership, the company will now operate as Granite Falls Composites, Inc. (GFC, Inc.), marking the beginning of a new era focused on local manufacturing strength, customer-centric service, and long-term investment in the U.S. fiber optic and composite materials markets. “Today is more than a name change—it’s a full-circle moment,” said Melissa Curtis, CFO of GFC. “Our leadership team has a long history in this industry and deep roots in this community. Granite Falls Composites Welcomes Congressman Pat Harrigan
Granite Falls Composites was honored to host Congressman Pat Harrigan (R-NC, District 10) and his team at our facility in Granite Falls, North Carolina.
We appreciate Congressman Harrigan’s strong commitment to protecting American manufacturing and American jobs. His leadership and advocacy for the BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) and BABA (Build America, Buy America) programs reflect a deep understanding of the importance of using U.S.-made materials in federally funded infrastructure projects.
Congressman Harrigan also recognizes the critical need for fair trade practices and import regulations to prevent foreign competitors from undermining domestic markets through unfair dumping practices. Roblon A/S announces Change in Ownership for Granite Falls Facility

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Change in Ownership and Company Name
We are pleased to formally announce that effective June 2, 2025, a Letter of Understanding (LoU) agreement has been made for the sale of Roblon US, Inc. The company will transition from Roblon A/S to a Management Buy-Out (MBO) structured by Jamey Little and Melissa Curtis. With this transition, in due time, the company will begin operating under a new name. We will continue with the Roblon US name until the filings are completed soon.
Jamey Little and Melissa Curtis will acquire the business from Roblon A/S and will serve as the primary shareholders. In their new leadership roles, Jamey Little will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer (CEO/CCO), while Melissa Curtis will serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Both bring extensive experience and a deep commitment to maintaining the strong customer relationships and operational excellence that have defined our organization.
With this transition comes a renewed commitment to our customers, employees, and industry. While our name is changing, our mission remains the same: To be the preferred, advanced materials supplier to the fiber optic cable and composite markets.
We will continue to operate out of our Granite Falls, NC USA facility, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners and customers. Our team remains dedicated to delivering the highest levels of quality, responsiveness, and innovation that our customers have come to expect.
